NOTES: 

1. lotsa folks have been using these sauces as dips for crackers, chips, and appetizers! Put some dang cheese on a dang cracker and add some dang sauce or something.  

2. satisfaction guaranteed. if you hate it, tell me and i'll refund your bucks. 

3. none of these sauces will knock your mouth off your face. they are meant to be for the mild - medium crowd. 

4. every order depends on the quality and availability of ingredients.

5. every batch is unique. every batch is different. some may taste spicier than others, even if they are the same sauce. i'm not a pro - i'm not a chef. i just happen to have lots of peppers and a blender - so - here we are. thanks for putting your faith in me.

HOT SPAGHETTI (formerly Twat Sauce) (serrano basil) 

Ingredients: serrano pepper (H), roasted tomatoes, tomato paste, basil (H), garlic, onion, agave nectar, white wine vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, water, lemon juice, sea salt, pepper 

About: NOT gluten free / for the medium spice lover 

Pairs nicely with: pizza (omg put this shit on pizza), eggs (lotsa folks have been using it for their brekkie eggs!), garlic bread dipping sauce  

SASS SAHHCE (strawberry habanero mint) 

Ingredients: habanero pepper (H), strawberries, mint (H), lime, brown sugar, walnuts, pineapple, apple cider vinegar, water 

About: gluten free, yo / CONTAINS NUTS 

Pairs nicely with: chicken and freaking waffles - wow, pancakes, basically all breakfast pastries, pork dishes, and try them on some chicken wings!  

LITTLE FLAME (chipotle, roasted jalapeno)  

Ingredients: roasted jalapeno (H), green pepper (H), cumin, sea salt, garlic, chipotle spice, apple cider vinegar, water, mustard seed  

About: gluten free, yo / smoky flavor 

Pairs nicely with: NACHOS, street tacos, rice bowls, chicken/seitan wings 

BASIC BATCH (pumpkin habanero) - OUT OF STOCK - BACK IN THE FALL

Ingredients: pumpkin, habanero pepper (H), maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, pecans, cinnamon/ginger/nutmeg, water, sea salt  

About: gluten free / CONTAINS NUTS  

Pairs nicely with: y'all I put this on EVERYTHING, a great sandwich spread, awesome on wings, so good on waffles/pancakes, Indian food, Mediterranean food (aka put this on some roasted chick peas)

FIRE & FLORY (Indian flavor inspired)  

Ingredients: mucho nacho pepper, garlic, onion, butter, red curry, garam masala, apple cider vinegar, water, Goddess of the Sea IPA from Fury Brewing Company  

About: NOT gluten free / inspired by Indian flavors / made for Steve Flory (drummer for JK&GT) and his wife Arias Flory - congrats on the nuptials!   

Pairs nicely with: rice bowls, meats  

PEACHY SCHEME (serrano peach) 

Ingredients: serrano pepper (H), peaches, onion, white wine vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, agave nectar, water   

About: gluten free, boo / vinegar forward  

Pairs nicely with: freakin' wings, pulled anything (combine it with your fave bbq sauce and put it on your fave smoked/pulled meat) 

MATCHING PEAR (cranberry pear serrano) - OUT OF STOCK - BACK IN THE FALL 

Ingredients: pears, cranberries, serrano pepper (H), apple cider vinegar, water, cinnamon, vodka, sea salt  

About: NOT gluten free  

Pairs nicely with: pork dishes, turkey, tofurkey, potatoes, sandwiches

PEPP TALK (lemon garlic parsley)

Ingredients: lemon juice, onion, serrano, jalapeno, garlic, parsley, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, water

About: gluten free, dawg 

Pairs nicely with: great as a marinade

LAGERmelon (watermelon lager)

Ingredients: watermelon, habanero (H), serrano (H), brown sugar, lime, Penn Brewery Oktoberfest Lager, white wine vinegar 

About: NOT gluten free / weirdly refreshing 

Pairs nicely with: honestly, I haven't quite figured this one out yet. ask me next year. 

HA HA FOOLED YOU (mango habanero)

Ingredients: habanero pepper (H), fooled you pepper (H), mango, garlic, onion, agave nectar, apple cider vinegar, water, cumin, sea salt   

About: gluten free, friends / fooled you peppers taste like jalapenos, but have no spice!    

Pairs nicely with: wings, nachos, tacos

    As a hot sauce lover, I am obsessed with these. They range in spiciness, but I would not call any of them very hot or in any way painful. Every one that I have tried has been full of flavor and is fun to try on new things - on chips alone, in salsa, on tacos, pizza, chili - I highly recommend!
